Director, Curious By Nature
Pip Jamie is a freelance facilitator, evaluator and consultant who loves working with organisations to ask difficult questions and develop evidence-based practice.
A queer, trans and disabled feminist, ze was Chief Executive of The Kite Trust from 2019-25, an LGBTQ+ youth charity in East Anglia, and has previously served on the boards of TGEU (Trans Europe and Central Asia), CharityComms, Preston Road Women's Centre, and Girlguiding.
Ze completed a PhD at the University of Sheffield. Zir collaborative project with Museums Sheffield looked at the role of curiosity and innovation in the redevelopment of the archaeology and visual art galleries.
How we are shaped by and in turn shape our environments over time has been a fascination across Pip's work to date. They are currently a trustee of Ely Museum and are accredited as both an Archery Session Coach and Lowland Leader.
They were part of the Generation Equality Youth Task Force (convened by UN Women) from 2019-22, and believe that our collective futures are dependent on an ability to connect and support each other beyond borders and across difference.
